The Information We Collect

At Method Learning, we can track your learning to show you a personal view of areas you have improved on or need more work on. If Method Learning discloses personally identifiable information to companies not owned by Method Learning who want to market products or services to you, it will provide you with an opportunity to opt out or block such uses.

Method Learning may on occasion combine information we receive online with outside records to enhance our ability to market to you those products or services that may be of interest to you.

Where applicable, privacy of information and data related to any student accounts for Method Learning’s online programs provided by schools or learning institutions may be subject to agreements specifically and directly negotiated with those entities. For example, accounts provided to students by schools in NY State may be subject to Ed Law 2d and subject it’s Bill of Rights

Finally, Method Learning will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites, Advertisers and Sponsors

Some of our sites contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

Method Learning sometimes may offer contests, sweepstakes, or promotions that are sponsored by or co-sponsored with identified third parties. By virtue of their sponsorship, these third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the contest, sweepstakes, or promotion. Method Learning has no control over the third-party sponsors’ use of this information. Method Learning will notify you at the time of requesting personally identifiable information if third-party sponsors will obtain such information.

Method Learning may use reputable third parties to present or serve the advertisements that you may see at its web pages and to conduct research about the advertisements. Our privacy policy does not cover any use of information that such third parties may have collected from you or the methods used by the third-parties to collect that information (e.g., cookies, web beacons and clear gifs). 

**SCHOOL RELATED ACCOUNT DATA–Method Learning does not share personally identifiable information from school related, student or teacher, accounts to any third party without consent of the school’s administrators. Method Learning does not sell any school related data to third party vendors in compliance with any existing education related privacy and data laws.
